Barton Barn conversion.

A real passion for LPMG is taking run down and neglected properties and returning them to their former glory. On this job our brief was simple, ‘make it safe and watertight again’

Over the course of 9 months we took the building down to the floor, poured new footings and started from scratch on two and half of the walls. We reused all of the old stone to rebuild the outer skin while using blocks on the inner skin. We cut a new roof and used reclaimed tiles to finish it sympathetically.

Finally closing it up with new energy efficient windows and doors.

The customer has already booked us in for the internal fit out in mid 2025.
